There was only one elevator working, leading to long waits. My room didn't get cleaned until almost 4 pm, which was inconvenient since my husband was working remotely. Also, the Wi-Fi connection? Terrible. I had to stand in one corner of the room just to make a call. All in all, some great aspects but definitely some areas for improvement.
